Expectation too high

I can understand charging for shipping, and how buying more products enables 'free' shipping. I thought I ordered a Honey Pineapple Mustard 3-pack, and received a Sweet Mustard 3-pack. And to get the free shipping, I ordered coffee beans and the Shortbread Trio. The total cost with the 3 items was less than the mustard + shipping. I was surprised to see three boxes instead of one box on my doorstep. Also, some shippers will leave parcels at the back door. These were in plain sight and when I was not home.
I've tried one of each of the cookies and they seem dry. Perhaps it was the 'shipping'? I don't know. They're OK, but not my favorite.
I had received a gift box for Christmas and really liked everything in it. It's where I discovered the Honey Pineapple mustard. I guess I'll just have to be more cautious when ordering online.
