We ship all merchandise by UPS to any physical address within Canada. We do not deliver products to the U.S. or anywhere outside of Canada. We offer two shipping methods; UPS standard (2-5 business days) and UPS Express (1-2 business days). It is recommended that orders be placed well in advance with delivery date preference to be specified at the time of ordering to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient to your satisfaction. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Transit times count regular business days – Monday through Friday only, do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays. Product deliveries are made Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If a delivery attempt is made during these hours, and no one is available to receive the gift, it is up to the driver’s discretion to either leave the package in a safe spot outside their home or a door tag notifying that a delivery attempt was made and the status of the order and another delivery attempt will be made. In cases where it is impossible to deliver the package to the recipient the package will be returned to Hickory Farms and we will attempt to contact the purchaser for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply in order to re-ship a returned product. Please check your address carefully and include such details as unit, suite, apartment, or buzzer number, street name, city, postal code, and contact telephone number. Re-shipments due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address are done at an additional charge to the customer. We expect that the recipient information given by the sender is correct and accurate. If there are any discrepancies upon time of delivery with any of this information or UPS has to change any of the address information, there will be a $10.00 service charge per package.
