The lightly salted, cold-smoked salmon fillets are heat processed in elegant gold foil sleeves. The pouch can be kept for years and and requires no refrigeration until after the gold foil sleeve is opened. The Sockeye has a richer flavour and a firmer texture. Comes ready to serve and contains no preservatives.
