Returns and Refunds
At Hickory Farms our goal is to always provide you with excellent customer service and quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will then provide you with a return authorization number, return authorization can only be granted if requested by the purchaser (not recipient). Products returned to us without a valid return authorization will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Refunds/exchanges will be made for the product only; shipping charges are non-refundable. All products purchased from a Hickory Farms seasonal kiosk must be returned within 30 days accompanied by the original receipt to qualify for an exchange. All items purchased at sale or clearance price are final sale.
If an item is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, the purchaser, we can re-ship the product to the correct address at an additional freight cost. If no re-ship instruction is received, the merchandise will be stored in our facility for a period of 30 days and after which it will be disposed.
If an item is received in damaged condition, we need to be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and nature of damage to qualify for re-shipment of the same product. In some cases we may ask the damaged merchandise be shipped back to us, at no cost to the customer, to claim the damage from the carrier. While your satisfaction is very important to us, we cannot be responsible for any damage that is not reported to us.
All cancellations and alterations to an order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes or cancellations outside the 24 hour window will be subject to a $10.00 service charge. The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping charges on any order that has actually been shipped prior to cancellation.
