10 large flour tortillas (10"-12")

Hickory Farms Honey Gold Ham
, thinly slices

, same size as the ham
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 oz frozen spinach (thawed, rinsed and completely drained of all the liquid)
1 tablespoon
Hickory Farms Sweet-Hot Mustard
2 tablespoon
Hickory Farms Horseradish Sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Whip cream cheese in small bowl, add mayonnaise, Hickory Farms Sweet-Hot Mustard, Hickory Farms Horseradish Sauce, salt and sugar. Generously spread cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/8 cup of spinach over cream cheese. Top with

Farms Swiss Cheese. Roll up and cover. Refrigerate for several hours until firm. The rolls may be made a day before serving and kept refrigerated. When rolls are chilled, cut into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on tray, garnish with pickles or cherry tomatoes.
